6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms apply exclusively to relations governed by Russian law. For users from other jurisdictions, additional restrictions may apply under local law.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to resolution in the court at the location of the Administration in Moscow. If the User is a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur, disputes are heard by the Arbitration Court of Moscow. If the User is an individual, disputes are heard by a court of general jurisdiction at the location of the Administration. We aim to resolve all matters out of court and are open to constructive dialogue.

7. Contacts and changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Changes are communicated by publication on the site and an email notice to subscribers, with an updated effective date.
