How we collect, use and protect your personal data in accordance with Russian law.
1. General provisions
This Personal Data Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to all information that BRANDTRACKER LLC (OGRN 1257700407370, INN 9715516079; registered address: 129323, Moscow, Ostankinsky municipal district, Selskokhozyaystvennaya St., 35A, room 120; website: https://vadimsorokin.pro), hereinafter the "Operator", may obtain about the User while using the vadimsorokin.pro website.
Use of the vadimsorokin.pro website constitutes the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and the conditions for processing personal information set out in it.
If the User does not agree with the terms of the Policy, they must stop using the vadimsorokin.pro website.
2. Users' personal data
2.1. 4. Methods and terms of processing

4.4. Personal data is stored no longer than required by the purposes of its processing. Processed personal data is destroyed or anonymised once the purposes of processing have been achieved, when there is no longer a need to achieve them, or when the User withdraws consent to processing.
5. Protection of personal data
5.1. The Operator takes the necessary and sufficient organisational and technical measures to protect the User's personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying or distribution.
5.2. 6. Rights of the data subject
The User has the right to: obtain information about the processing of their personal data; require the clarification, blocking or destruction of their personal data; withdraw consent to the processing of personal data; and apply to the authorised body for the protection of data subjects' rights or to a court.

7. Use of cookies

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
8.1. This Privacy Policy may be amended or supplemented by the Operator unilaterally without prior agreement with the User.

9. Cross-border data transfer
9.1. The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfer of personal data. All databases used by the Operator to process the personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are located within the territory of the Russian Federation.
