Data subject's consent to the processing of personal data.

Purposes of processing

– Handling enquiries and requests, and providing feedback;
– Preparing and sending commercial proposals;
– Concluding and performing contracts and other agreements;
– Informing about services, events and offers (marketing communications).

Composition of personal data

– Last name, first name, patronymic; contact phone number; email address;
– Information about the company and position (if any);
– Data provided by the User on direct contact with the Operator and in subsequent correspondence;
– Technical information when using the site: IP address, browser/device data, cookies/pixels/identifiers, UTM tags (if applicable).

Actions with personal data and methods of processing

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating/amendment), retrieval, use, transfer (provision/access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction; with and without the use of automation tools.

Legal grounds for processing

– This Consent;
– Cases provided for by Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (e.g. to conclude/perform a contract, to respond to an enquiry, etc.).

Engagement of third-party processors

The Operator may entrust the processing of personal data to authorised persons (CRM provider, hosting, email/SMS services, analytics) under processing agreements, in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ. The list of such persons is published and kept up to date at https://vadimsorokin.pro/pd-processors. The Operator retains evidence of the version of the list in effect at the time the Consent was obtained.

Cross-border transfer and localisation

The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfer of personal data. The recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating/amendment) and retrieval of the personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are performed using databases located within the territory of the Russian Federation. Before any cross-border transfer (should one be required in future), the Operator must verify that the foreign state to which the transfer is intended provides adequate protection of data subjects' rights.

Transfer to third parties and public distribution

Transfer to third parties is carried out to the extent necessary for the stated purposes and/or in the cases provided for by law, including to the authorised persons noted above. Public distribution of personal data is not carried out without separate consent as provided for by Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

Marketing communications

I separately confirm my consent to receive informational and promotional messages from the Operator via the specified contacts (email/phone/messengers). This consent can be withdrawn at any time via the channels indicated below.

Processing period

Until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the Consent is withdrawn, unless an earlier period is established by law.

Rights of the data subject

I have the right to: obtain information about the processing of my personal data, its sources, purposes, methods, periods and the persons to whom the data is transferred; require the clarification, blocking or deletion of personal data and the restriction of processing; and appeal the Operator's actions (or inaction) to Roskomnadzor and/or a court.

Withdrawal of Consent

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by notice to: [email protected]. Withdrawal applies to the future and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the Operator received the notice.

Recording of consent

I hereby confirm that, before starting communication with the Operator (by sending the first message by email, in a messenger or by any other available means), I have reviewed the terms of this Consent, that they are clear to me and that I accept them in full. My first message sent to the Operator is a conclusive action confirming my free, informed and conscious consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with this document and Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data". The Operator may record the fact and technical parameters (date, time, communication channel) of receipt of the first message from the User as evidence that this Consent was given.
